No Refund Policy

MEMBERSHIP

Due to the digital nature of our membership all payments are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Our membership is a recurring subscription model that will be billed yearly. Should you wish to cancel, please notify us in writing at least 7 days before the end of your membership period. Upon cancellation you will have access to the programme until the end of your paid period.

Trial Offerings
Should you decide that membership isn't for you during your 7 day trial period, simply email [email protected] to cancel.

Member's pricing gets locked in at the time you become a member. If you cancel and return in the future, you'll be subject to whatever price the membership is at that time.

 

EVENTS

We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may no longer be able to attend an event you purchased a ticket for. However, we would like to inform you that we have a strict No-Refund Policy on all event tickets. 

1. NO REFUND

Once a ticket purchase has been placed and payment has been processed, it cannot be refunded. All sales non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. CHECK YOUR PURCHASE

To avoid any issues with your ticket purchase, we recommend that you carefully review your purchase before confirming it to ensure that it is accurate and complete.

We will not be liable for any purchases made by mistake.
